I have to admit that any time a company markets itself as healthy my interest is peaked. Since we live in a world filled with GMOs, radiation and pollution, any time that I can do something that is good for my body I try to do it. This is especially true with beauty products which is getting easier and easier to do because the companies are also becoming more eco and health conscience. One of these companies is called Pencil Me In and they specialize in eyeliners. They sent me four eyeliners to try out and review.
Company Description- ‘Pencil Me In cosmetics eyeliner is formulated to stay put with its highly concentrated pigmentation. When you apply Pencil Me In eyeliner in the morning, it still looks good at the end of the day. The pencil core is creamy enough to blend but firm so the points don’t break easily and the color doesn’t fade. The eyeliners are highly concentrated with pigment so pressing hard and repeating the lines is not necessary’.
Pencil Me In Eyeliner Reviews
The colors that I got are:
- Greystone- a metallic charcoal
- Sky Sparks- a wintergreen blue
- Boysenberry- an deep eggplant
- Purple Passion- shimmery lavender
Greystone, Boysenberry and Purple Passion are highly pigmented. Sky Sparks on the other hand isn’t very pigmented and I had to swipe the pencil a few more times to get some decent color across my eyelids. Once the colors are on they stay put so you don’t have to touch up until later in the day.
The pencils are soft enough that they go on smoothly and make great lines, The first thing that I noticed about the Pencil Me In eyeliners is that there is a sharpener built into each cap. This is a huge plus for me because I like a good sharp line. Partner this with the texture of the pencils and you have a win-win.
Now let’s check out the ingredients that they use to make these liners:

I love products that aren’t filled with junk and as you can see, these liners really are healthy.
