If you read my previous DermOrganic reviews then you know that they are my absolute favorite hair care line. In fact, I must admit that I’ve turned into somewhat of a hoarder and have sever bottles of their products in my bath, vanity and makeup dresser. So of course when I heard about their skin care products I couldn’t wait to try them out. As it turns out, I didn’t have to wait to long for my opportunity. I got to meet some of their staff at a beauty event (and believe me when I say that I gushed like a star struck loony) and they offered me some of their more popular skin care products to try out.
Company Description- ‘A basic and uncomplicated approach to healthful, youthful skin containing all the nutritive benefits of the argan fruit, but without the pore-clogging oil. Our regimen is based on the simple idea that less is more. Only the finest, most essential, and fully researched ingredients go into our formulas. Nothing else. The results are youthful-looking skin every day’.
DermOrganic Skin Care Reviews
I got to try the Pure Argan Oil, the Soapless Facial Cleanser, the Facial Moisturizer and the Hand And Body Moisture Lotion. There are a few things that I love about all of these products as a whole.
- They smell heavenly. The Pure Oil has a slightly sweet smell but the moisturizers smell like an orange. However, if you’re not a fragrance person then you’ll be happy to know that the scents last for about a minute before they disappear.
- They are oil free.
- They are fragrance free.
- They are made with mostly certified organic ingredients.
- All of these DermOrganic skin care products are vegan.
- They are all made with Argan extract.
- No animal testing.
- No artificial preservatives.
- Sulfate free, paraben free, propylene glycolic free and glutton free.
DermOrganic Pure Argan Oil
The Pure Argan Oil is by far my absolute favorite product in this line. I have severely dry skin because I wear gloves at work every day and I found that after applying the oil three times a day for one week my hands felt smooth and hydrated. Not only does it work wonders in softening the skin but it’s also a great smoothing tool for the hair. It helps to make my locks shiny and reduces frizz by an easy 98%.
DermOrganic Soapless Facial Cleanser
The cleanser makes my skin feel clean and refreshed. It removes all traces of dirt and makeup while moisturizing it. Best of all. it’s sensitive enough that it can be used around the eye area.
DermOrganic Facial Moisturizer
Coming out of a icy cold winter I feel like the moisturizer is my first step in getting back my beautiful, healthy looking skin that I’ve had to work like a madwoman to maintain lately. Although it’s slightly on the thicker side, it absorbs quickly and feels very light on my skin. I’m looking forward to using this moisturizer throughout the better part of the spring and summer.
DermOrganic Hands And Body Moisture Lotion
My dry skin drank up the DermOrganic moisturizer quickly. While it works to nourish my skin it doesn’t feel heavy at all allowing my skin to breathe. It’s another DermOrganic skin care product that I plan on using for a while.
Something that caught my attention was the ingredients. With the exception of the DermOrganic Pure Oil, all of the skin care products I tried have the same base ingredients. These ingredients include: Aloe Leaf Juice, Rice Amino Acids, Pomegranate Sterols, Argan Seed Extract, Bamboo Leaf Extract, Cucumber Extract, Matricaria Extract, Orange Peel Extract, Willow Bark Extract, Lavender Extract, Grape Seed Extract, Sunflower Seed Extract and Yuzu Extract. Yuzu extract contains trace amounts of Gardenia, Frangipani, Tuberose, Jasmine, Vanilla, Apricot, Lavender, Apple, Ambrette, Clove, Orange, Ginger and Cardamom extracts.
Once again DermOrganic blew away my expectations. I can’t think of one bad thing to say about their products or the results that they provide. I’m definitely a lifelong fan.
