A while ago I mentioned that I went to a Beauty Press event and received a few products to try. One of these products is the BioElixia Cellulite Contour Creme. I was ecstatic to get this product because its sister product the Stretch Mark Diminishing Cream was on my new year wish list. However, while I was excited about the product, there was a tiny voice in my head that kept saying ‘Can it be true?’ The only way to find out was to use it.
Company Description- This powerful cellulite cream delivers more key ingredients to where they are needed most, smoothing away bumpy thighs. Natural ingredients like caffeine and forskolin visibly improve the appearance of cellulite, while retinol initiates the feeling of skin rejuvenation, elasticity and firmness. These ingredients are delivered into the skin using our patented TPM®Dermal Delivery Technology
BioElixia Cellulite Contour Creme Review
Since I’m a fragrance fiend the very first thing that I noticed was the unpleasant scent. It’s not so bad that you have to wash it off instantly but it’s not pretty either. I was ok with applying the cream, wearing a long sleeved shirt and pants and going to work. I would wait about half an hour though before I rolled up my sleeves.
As instructed, I applied a small amount of the cream to my (many) areas of concern twice a day and just to be sure that my body really soaked it up I applied the product after I showered. After two weeks I didn’t notice any difference at all so I thought that maybe I wasn’t using enough and so I started using more. After four weeks I still didn’t see any results so I increased the amount again. By the end of six weeks I saw – say it with me ‘Absolutely Nothing!’ And this is why I don’t spend any more money on weight loss or slimming product than I already have in the past.
The one and only thing that I did notice was that my skin felt smooth after using it. However, at the price of $37.10 (on sale) I can find many body butters or lotions that do a better job and for a longer period of time. Unfortunately the BioElixia Cellulite Contour Creme makes me believe that if it’s too good to be true then chances are that it won’t work. Bummer!
