BioElixia Cellulite Contour Creme Review

14 Jan

bioelixia_cellulite_contour_creme_reviewA while ago I mentioned that I went to a Beauty Press  event and received a few products to try. One of these products is the BioElixia Cellulite Contour Creme. I was ecstatic to get this product because its sister product the Stretch Mark Diminishing Cream was on my new year wish list. However, while I was excited about the product, there was a tiny voice in my head that kept saying ‘Can it be true?’ The only way to find out was to use it.

Company Description- This powerful cellulite cream delivers more key ingredients to where they are needed most, smoothing away bumpy thighs. Natural ingredients like caffeine and forskolin visibly improve the appearance of cellulite, while retinol initiates the feeling of skin rejuvenation, elasticity and firmness. These ingredients are delivered into the skin using our patented TPM®Dermal Delivery Technology

BioElixia Cellulite Contour Creme Review

Since I’m a fragrance fiend the very first thing that I noticed was the unpleasant scent. It’s not so bad that you have to wash it off instantly but it’s not pretty either. I was ok with applying the cream, wearing a long sleeved shirt and pants and going to work. I would wait about half an hour though before I rolled up my sleeves.

As instructed, I applied a small amount of the cream to my (many) areas of concern twice a day and just to be sure that my body really soaked it up I applied the product after I showered. After two weeks I didn’t notice any difference at all so I thought that maybe I wasn’t using enough and so I started using more. After four weeks I still didn’t see any results so I increased the amount again. By the end of six weeks I saw – say it with me ‘Absolutely Nothing!’ And this is why I don’t spend any more money on weight loss or slimming product than I already have in the past.

The one and only thing that I did notice was that my skin felt smooth after using it. However, at the price of $37.10 (on sale) I can find many body butters or lotions that do a better job and for a longer period of time. Unfortunately the BioElixia Cellulite Contour Creme makes me believe that if it’s too good to be true then chances are that it won’t work. Bummer! If you’re interested in learning more about BioElixia products you can head to their site https://www.bioelixia.com/au/

Have you tried the BioElixia Cellulite Contour Crème or anything like it? What was your experience?

Disclaimer- I got a sample of the product to review. However, my review is honest and portrays how I feel about the product.

What a shame this didn’t work for you! I’ve never tried any products like this because I just don’t expect them to be effective :(

You’re definitely more realistic than I am.

I usually have the same result with cellulite creams. They make my skin feel SO soft and smooth, but they really don’t do much to solve the problem.

It was my first time using a cellulite cream so I can’t compare it with any of the others. I did get a couple of calls from friends who laughed at me for having any hope though.

Too bad it didn’t work for you, but negative reviews like yours help the company improve their products. Maybe they can also make the fragrance a little more pleasant with the new formulation some time in the future :)

I usually feel like all of these cremes are a gimmick.

I agree but it’s so easy to hope.

I’m very very skeptical of these types of creams and your review reaffirms my suspicions. Cellulite occurs because the fat on women’s bodies expand unevenly (unlike men who get smooth fat… curse them!) I don’t think cream can possibly fix something that needs to be remedied from the inside out!

All true. All you can really do is eat right and exercise.

Thanks. I hate doing it but I’m not going to write a good review for something that didn’t deliver results.

I’m not sure if I believe that these creams work I think it’s all about exercise and diet at the end of the day to prevent cellulite

I don’t care about cellulite, but if they ever make a fat reducing cream that really works, I’m in. lol! Great and thorough review!

I don’t buy into these products either. I’m sorry you didn’t have success however, your honest review not only gives you so much integrity but also shows that not all beauty products deliver.

I haven’t tried this brand. I don’t believe in fat-busting creams or cellulite removers, 98% of the time it’s a fluke.

I love how this one feels, and in my head it made a difference. My hubby calls this type of stuff “snake oil”, though. On a cruise once I had a spa treatment done that was said to shrink you so many inches. In my head movies it worked and I spent about a grand on a set for home that I never used. Luckily I was able to realize I’d never actually do it myself and I sold it on eBay. I wasn’t out too much. Learning experience, though lol

It would’ve been wonderful if you just slather a cream on, & all your troubled spots disappear. I learned the hard way that nothing works that way, still have to move your behind & eat healthy.

One day they will make it. Not in my lifetime but one day.
