Life Cell Skin likes to refer to itself as South Beach skincare and strives to be known as a green company that delivers quality and safe anti-aging skincare products. They contacted me about two months ago to review some of their products.
Life Cell Skin Reviews
LifeCell Cooling Under-Eye Treatment $79
Company Description- ‘Look younger and well rested with LifeCell Cooling Under Eye Treatment. Its skin-strengthening ingredients, Vitamin C Ester, DMAE, and Retinol, work immediately and over time to smooth and brighten the eye area. Its ultra-cooling metal applicator refreshes and reduces puffiness. Easy to take anywhere, it provides refreshing on-the-go treatment’.
What I like the most about the under-eye treatment is that it has a metal tip that feels very cool in the skin. It reminds me of an at home remedy which consists of putting an ice cold spoon on the area that I sometimes use to reduce the appearance of puffy eyes. After using the product for one week the puffiness started to recede. After two weeks of daily use, the dark circles decreased by about fifty percent. In short they did deliver what they promised and I am continuing my use of it because I love the metal applicator so much.
LifeCell All-In-One Anti-Aging Treatment $189
Company Description- ‘LifeCell is a hydrating and lightweight all-in-one anti aging treatment designed to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, puffy eyes, sagging skin and skin discoloration. This powerful concentrate delivers unparalleled skin firming and antioxidant protection, while targeting the visible signs of aging skin. Originally formulated as clinical skin care, this expert essential delivers smooth, soft and youthful results.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get the full experience of the LifeCell anti-aging treatment because within five minutes of applying it my skin would get intensely red. I found this to be very strange because the ingredients were very similar to what they used in the under eye treatment and that didn’t bother me at all. In addition to this, the treatment is fragrance and paraben free, hypoallergenic and suitable for all skin types. I’m not too sure what happened here but I do want to say that my skin did feel smooth after using it.
LifeCell pH Balanced Cleanser $39
Company Description ‘LifeCell’s pH Balanced Anti-Aging Cleanser is our uniquely formulated solution to safely cleanse your skin of makeup and impurities without stripping it of its natural oils. Not only does it maintain the skin’s natural pH balance, it provides anti-aging benefits while remaining gentle enough to use both in the morning and evening’.
I love the ingredients that were included in the cleanser. Green tea and cucumber to help with inflammation and to moisturize. Chamomile, tea tree oil, and rosemary to eliminate and prevent blemishes by removing grease and tightening pores to keep impurities from entering the skin. And Resveratrol to fight off skin harming free-radicals.
I found that the cleanser was easy to apply and s washed away quickly leaving behind no trace of residue. The LifeCell cleanser really worked to clean my skin and made it feel taught and smooth. It also had a great citrus fragrance which I love waking up to in the morning because I’m really not a floral kind of girl.
With the exception of the moisturizer which I can’t fairly judge I can say that LifeCell does deliver what is promised. I used the under eye treatment and the cleanser for eight weeks now and do see some difference in my skin. I don’t think that it’s a brand that I would purchase again in the future simply because I’ve gotten better results with other brands and because I’m never too keen about purchasing from a company when I have a reaction to one of their products.
