Fall 2013 Fashion Trends Are Around the Corner: What Style Are You Channeling

5 Sep

Can you believe that it’s almost fall? Gone are the days of flip-flops and sundresses! Now is when we welcome crisp weather, which translates to gorgeous coats, stunning boots and beautiful fall fashion. With fall right around the corner, we’re here to help you determine which style you want to channel this autumn. Don’t worry about your budget, either. Whether you want to rock a designer piece from Reem or a more affordable piece, you can find the right clothes for every budget to fit these fabulous styles.

Preppy and Classic

If you’re channeling your inner prep, then this is definitely the season for you. Look like a classic and studious schoolgirl with a tweed skirt and a pair of this season’s hottest shoe, the ankle boot.

Bohemian Princess

Bohemian is often considered to be more of a summer look, but you can throw that rule out the window this season. Long skirts were huge in summer and they will continue to be as the weather changes, but in more autumn-appropriate fabrics and hues. Look for heavy long skirts that can be paired with a leotard or a cute top.

Chic and Sophisticated

You don’t have to be a high powered businesswoman or a movie star to rock a chic and sophisticated look. Even a normal girl can class it up with a pair of classic pumps or a sleek dress. Blue is the hottest hue this season, so look for a great dress in a blue shades that fits.

If your style is completely casual, never fear – there are tons of great looks that you can rock this fall. The hipster look is on its way out. In its place, a very simplistic and subdued look is coming back into style. For ultimate style, pair a great pair of jeans with a slim-fitting black v-neck t-shirt. Wear this look with ballet flats or dress it up with a sharp pair of pumps. This versatile look can be worn to class, work or even a night out on the town.

We aren’t forgetting about the guys, either. This season is all about that classy, timeless look. However, just because you’re dressing like a gentleman doesn’t mean that you need to go full-on “metrosexual.” Toughen up even the most distinguished looks with a pair of boots or some rugged distressed jeans.
