Holiday VoxBox Review

31 Dec

I recently joined Influenster which is a site that sends product samples to social media junkies to review and share. The very first item that I’m getting to try and review is the holiday VoxBox which consists of six beauty, fashion and food related items for me to try out. Check out what I got.

Goody QuickStyle Brush- This brush is made with absorbent microfiber bristles that reduce water by 30% therefore making your hair dry faster than if you simply towel dried it. This way you can get the styling part of your routine faster and get on with your day sooner. It’s also a great tool to use during the cold months because you won’t have to worry about catching cold when you head outside half an hour after you’ve bathed- yes I tend to do this very, very often and usually don’t make time to blow dry my locks. The Goody brush retails for $11.99.

Quaker Real Medleys Oatmeal- They sent me the peach almond oatmeal to try out and since I’m an oatmeal fanatic I love this item. There’s one serving in the container so that you can take it out with you when you’re on the run. It’s also great for those of you who have kids because it can easily fit into your diaper bag or your oversized purse and be served as a snack. I’m not going into details about this but if you have a child you know why this is such a help. Get the Quaker oatmeal at a supermarket near you for $1.79 per cup- inexpensive and yummy.

Kiss Nail Dress Stickers- Love nail art? Then you’ll love these Kiss nail stickers that last up to 10 days. There are 28 stickers in the package that can be used on your fingers and toes if you want to match. They’re super easy to apply and remove. Get them at your local drug store for $6.99.

NYC New Yrok Color Liquid Shine- Tis gloss is my favorite item in the VoxBox. The color that I got is the Nude York City 582 which is great because I love the natural look. Another reason to love the NYC gloss is that it creates a 3-D gloss effect while Vitamin E provides shine and moisture. The gloss isn’t sticky and is available in ten different shades including nude, berry and fuschia shades. Pick one up in the color of your choice for $2.49.

EBoost- Feeling tired and worn out. EBoost helps to boost your mood, focus and immunity. It’s made with natural ingredients and you don’t crash once the effects wear off. I got the Pink Lemonade flavor to try out but it also comes in orange, Acai pomegranate and super berry. EBoost is sold in packs of 20 for $28.00 or packs of 30 for $39.00.

Sole Society- Any woman who loves shoe shopping if going to check out the $25.00 discount from Sole Society which is an online shoe store. The discount is valid only for new customers and can be used for shoes that are $49.95 or more.  Personally, I prefer to try out my footwear before purchasing it, but they have a good return policy so it should be worth a try.

Happy holidays!
