I have to admit that in general I have pretty good skin. However, I am getting older and so I’m noticing some lines here and a couple of more there. This is why when a company called Forward Skincare contacted me and asked me to review their anti-aging products that for the first time in my life I decided that it’s most definitely time to review one of these creams. The two products that they sent over are the Supreme Serum and the Lift &Firm Moisturizer.

Forward Skincare Reviews
The Supreme Serum $86.95
The serum is clear in color and has the consistency of water. Upon applying it, the first thing that I noticed is that it’s a little sticky however it absorbs in a few seconds so the sticky feeling isn’t long lasting at all. It gave my skin a beautiful glow, made my face look look taught and added a nice boost of moisture to my skin. In addition to this, I also noticed that the redness in my cheeks (I have a touch of rosacea) appeared slightly more neutral. Normally when I want to review a skincare product I try it out for eight weeks however since the people over at Forward Skincare want to make a special offer to my readers (you’ll learn more in a minute) I only got to use the serum for three weeks. During this time, I noticed that my skin looked more energized and healthy and I’m giving due credit to the serum.
Lift & Firm Moisturizer $69.00
Since I got a serum and a moisturizer, I first tried out the moisturizer on its own to see how well it works without the serum. What I found is that the moisturizer has a very thin texture and feels more like a water based lotion than a moisturizer. However, don’t let this fool you. Just because a moisturizer is on the thin side doesn’t mean it can’t deliver results. I found that it made my skin feel smooth and soft and enjoyed that feeling for a better part of the day. By the time three o’clock rolled around the effects of the moisturizer faded just a touch but my skin still looked and felt good.
Originally I wasn’t sure how much of an affect the serum would have when used with the moisturizer but I found that it prolonged the softening effects so that my skin looked and felt smooth throughout the entire day and into the evening. I didn’t have to worry about how my face looked I just knew that it looked good. All in all I would use the serum and moisturizer together again because I like how they work together.
So why is my review coming in early? Because Forward Skincare will be giving away samples to 10 of you lovely readers if you contact them before 10/31/12 at firstname.lastname@example.org and say that Spontaneous Chick sent you. Also because it is Cancer Awareness Month for every Supreme and Lift&Firm purchased, they will make a $5 donation to Stand Up 2 Cancer (SU2C).
