Cristophe hair salon has recently launched Cristophe Professional which includes a glossing shampoo and conditioner. I have been given the opportunity to try them both out and have been using them for over a month and a half.

Cristophe Shampoo

In addition to the description that we are given on the site, the back of the shampoo bottle gives some additional information that I should state:

• UV protectors that protect against sun damage and color fading.
• Creatine to provide strength and improve elasticity.
• Vitamin C for shine and vibrancy.
• Paraben free state of the art formulation.

That being said they have a few different types of shampoos and the one that I got to try is the glossing shampoo. I love the fragrance and texture of the shampoo. I found that it was easy to spread and lathered quickly (yes, I am aware that lather is not important but I like it anyway). It also rinses out easily and left my hair feeling clean and light, rather than weighed down and filled with residue. You can purchase a 10oz bottle of the glossing shampoo for $12.00.

Cristophe Conditioner

Since I condition my hair almost every day after I go to the gym, my hair is not in the best possible condition and can look dry and frizzy. The conditioner works magic for me. After the first four uses I found that my hair became exceptionally shiny, healthy and less frizzy. The conditioner also smells amazing- maybe better than the shampoo. It has a medium thickness that can be worked into the hair very easily. Like the shampoo, the glossing conditioner rinses out easily and leaves my hair feeling light instead of weighed down. I should mention that I have long hair that goes down to the middle of my back so I had to use a lot of conditioner to get the tangles out but it did the job so that I did not have to struggle with my hair later on. Together, the Cristophe hair products made my hair look glossy and healthy just as they said that it would. It became easier to manage and less frizzy so I had to spend less time working on it. Would I purchase it in the future? Yes, it does what they say it does and I had a good experience.
