Thanks for the tips. I drink lots of water and moisturize my skin but I noticed that it is not enough. I think I should start eating foods rich in omega 3 and vitamins.
Healthy eating is definitely up there with drinking plenty of water.
Water with lemon should be a daily regimen!
Good point. I’ve started drinking it every day and I feel so much better.
