Using natural herbs to lose weight is becoming more and more popular as people start to go towards organic foods. While these herbs are in fact helpful, it is highly important that before you run to Whole Foods and spend a fortune on them you keep in mind that they are not miracle workers. Taking them by the bucketful will not be helpful unless you improve your diet and exercise. That being said, they’re still worth trying out because there’s tons of research proving that they do help to speed up the process.

Green Tea

Green tea is one of the most popular herbs that help you lose weight. One of the reasons that it works so well is that it contains loads of antioxidants which are known to increase your metabolism so that you burn fat fast. Another reason that you should ditch your morning coffee and go green is because you will still get the caffeine that you crave so that you’ll have the more energy.

Flax Seeds

One of the best known herbs to lose weight flax seeds curb your appetite because they expand in size so that you feel fuller longer. You can sprinkle flax seeds on a salad or cook with it.

Cinnamon

    This is a nice list of herbs that not only taste great, but are very influential in losing weight. These herbs you have stated here works quite well in reducing the signs of aging.

    Most of the spices that you have mentioned, especially cardamom, cinnamon and peppers are widely used in Indian cuisine.
