Christian Louboutin Spring 2012 Collection

1 Dec

The Christian Louboutin spring summer 2012 line has already launched. As always, the heels are super high and the designs are captivating. Warning- hide your credit cards ladies.

Nude Shoes
The nude colored shoes have been one of the most popular in the line because they’re so versatile and look good with anything. So of course, the designer had to bring them back for the warmer season only this time there’s the extra detailing of the white wedge. The combination of the nude,m black, red and white gives the shoe a very playful style. Love.

Lady Peep Sling
Amp up your style by skipping your feet into theses intricate lady peep slings. These festive shoes are hand carved and inspired by ancient civilization. They will look great with any solid colored outfit but be careful if you plan to wear it with a pattern because you don’t the shoes and your outfit to clash.

Ballet Flats

You’re feet can look stylish yet relaxed in these brilliant ballet flats. Although the shoes are made from actual cork they’re sturdy enough so that you won’t have to worry about them falling apart while you’re doing your thing.

Hot Pink
These hot pink Christian Louboutin shoes are a perfect partner for color blocking. They’ll look amazing with pretty much any color and can stand on their own. Whether or not you can stand in them is another story however.

Cork shoes

For the woman who has it all and likes to buy things that you won’t find in every closet there’s the cork shoe. You saw the ballerinas above but they’re much more subdued than the heels. The great thing about these is that they look great and are also comfortable because the material has some bounce to it.

I’m loving all of these styles but if I had my choice I would go for the nude or hot pink styles. You can check out the rest of the collection at

Which one so you like?

Ha, I like the ones I get from the shoe cobbler when I ask him to put red soles on my shoes for $10 :) But, in all seriousness, the cork ones are fantastic for spring.

I never thought of doing that before. But there’s just something about wearing a pair of Louboutins that I don’t think I can get from a cobbler.

I’m neither a flats person nor 5 inch heel fan, somewhere in between mostly. But those babies look amazing!

Oddly enough even though they’re so high they’re really comfy.
